Greenwood Park Estate is set in the midst of 17 acres of natural bush, and on the edge of the beautiful Murramarang National Park.

The Villas are located at the northern extremity of the spectacular Sapphire Coast of NSW. East Lynne is a rural nook tucked in between Ulladulla in the north, and Batemans Bay in the South.

Within short distances of beautiful beaches, coves, headlands and lakes, there's never a lack of somewhere to explore. Then, a delicious meal at one of the huge variety of restaurants and casual eating spots will top off an invigorating day.

Within a few minutes drive, explore the Eurobodalla Botanical Gardens, Mogo Gold Mining village, Mogo Zoo, Boutique shops, Birdland or take a day trip to Montague Island.

If you're looking for a bit more activity, try the golf courses, bowling clubs, surf school or paddle boarding. And if you enjoy dangling a line, there are copious rocky outcrops, jetties, bays, rivers or charters so you can fish to your heart's content.

Greenwood Park Estate offers 1 or 2 bedroom villas outfitted with modern decor; including full kitchen, balcony, barbeque, large TV's, and spacious grounds to explore. Opened in December 2015, these villas are new and special. A unique and luxurious place to unwind and relax from the busy routine of life.

The open planned living/dining area gives a spacious area for relaxation and dining. The lounge area has a large TV along with DVD player for enjoyment. The bedrooms have their own large TV's as well as their own modern and separate bathroom.

The stylish spacious kitchen has gas stove and oven along with a microwave and a dishwasher for your convenience. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils are supplied in the many drawers and cupboards of the modern kitchen, to help make your stay more enjoyable.

All linen is supplied and everything is ready for your arrival. There is access to an onsite laundry with washing machine and dryer in the utilities building.

We offer luxurious accommodation in spacious, delightfully modern decorated villas. One and two bedrooms. All bedrooms have queen sized beds and their own private bathroom. There is plenty of room for families, couples, executives or anybody who wants to get away from it all and relax in luxury.

The furniture is very modern and has been chosen to fit in with the decor and to add to the feeling of comfort and enjoyment. The villas are in immaculate and pristine condition - all new as we only opened at the end of 2015.

There is an outdoor kitchen BBQ and dining area for all to use and enjoy.

The South Coast of NSW is one of the most pristine coastal regions within a few hours of Sydney or Canberra.

East Lynne is just a few km from the spectacularly beautiful Pebbly Beach, where the birds will eat from your hand and sit on your head; and the Wallabies will graze to the ocean's edge.

Based in Nowra, Shoalhaven Council administers one of the most spectacular coastal regions of the state. The well known Jervis Bay area is home to one of the top ten beautiful beaches in the world for 2016 as listed in The Guardian. Further, Hyams Beach is reputed to have the whitest sand in the world Add to them, Honeymoon Bay and Point Perpendicular and you have an amazing list of places to see. Further South St Georges Basin, Sanctuary Point, Sussex Inlet, Fisherman's Paradise and Lake Conjola make an interesting stop off points as you venture South.

The rolling green hills dotted with farms, cattle and sprawling acres are the perfect introduction to the historic town of Milton. Stop for morning tea and ramble down the street to check out the local knick-knacks; or have a pie at the historic bakery at the lights. Just a few more clicks down the Princes Highway and the legendary beachside town of Mollymook opens up before you. Beautiful beaches and one of Rick Stein's restaurants located at Bannisters are highlights. Mollymook blends right into the beautiful fishing harbour town of Ulladulla. Cupitt's Winery and Restaurant is a great spot to grab a bite to eat. Warden's Head provides great ocean views and more than likely a pod of dolphins or a whale or two can be sighted. Where else is there a functioning lighthouse for a roundabout?

South of Ulladulla there is copious quantities of beaches to explore - Bawley Point, Merry Beach, Kiola or Pretty Beach. The kangaroos in this area are many. No-one should ever leave this area not having seen a kangaroo Backtrack a little to the highway and East Lynne is just down the road... or head through the Murramarang National Park down to Pebbly Beach Road. The roads here are well-kept gravel, so only tackle this route if you have an appropriate vehicle.

Your Villa is equipped with a modern full kitchen and luxury fixtures. Whip up a storm in the kitchen if you're in the mood, or check out the East Lynne Store just down the highway. They specialize in PIES All types, savoury and sweet. You can also pick up a few necessities including ice, bait, fishing bits and pieces or fuel.

During your stay at Greenwood Park Estate, numerous places for sun, surf, fishing, boating, golfing etc are on your doorstep. Retrace your steps to Ulladulla anytime to explore other spots worth mentioning - Burrill Lakes, Dolphin Point or Lake Tabourie. There's plenty of eating spots too.

Venture further south from your luxury Villa to places south. Lake Durras, Depot Beach and on through to Batemans Bay. Batemans Bay is situated at the mouth of the Clyde River. The Bay beaches and sights are fantastic. Almost too many to visit, the beautiful beaches are dotted all the way down the coastal road to Moruya.

In "The Bay" you can rent a bike or a boat; paddle or swim; surf or paddle board; play golf or mini-golf; bowls or go-carts. There's so much to do Or catch the boat for the Clyde River Cruise up the River to Nelligen, an old gold mining town. Or there's the bird park at Batehaven.

A short hop down the highway is the Eurobodalla Botanical Gardens. A few more k's and you enter a novelty town - Mogo But Mogo is serious about helping you enjoy your stay. Visit the Gold Mining Village or the famous Mogo Zoo. Or fossick through the dozens of boutique stores down the main street. There's Art and Books and Ice Cream and Souvenirs and Crafts and Plants and Knick-Knacks and Ice Cream and... you could spend hours here just browsing

Moruya is the seat of the Eurobodalla Council... a lovely town straddling the Moruya River. Take the time to stroll down the main street and check out the chain saw sculptures adorning the shopping area.

The tiny town of Bodalla - the home of Bodalla Cheese is not far south of Moruya. Watch as the cheese is made and buy a few delicacies before you leave. There's a beautiful old church on the hill as you come into the town. You'll find some fascinating shops here too.

The highway wends further South - Narooma, Tilba Tilba, Tathra, Bega and a hundred other lovely places to explore. All within a day's trip from Greenwood Park Estate Luxury Villas at East Lynne. The Sapphire Coast lives up to its name with its brilliant blue-green water.

While the places to see and things to do from the North to the South of the NSW South Coast are worth the effort, there are many interesting things to do right at our front door Six k's further down Pebbly Beach Road and you arrive at the famous Pebbly Beach Take some sunflower seeds or fruit and the birds will sit on your hand or shoulder or head and greedily eat what's offered. It's a magical experience. The bossy lorikeets will try to monopolize the food, but the parrots and currawongs and wood ducks and other hungry birds will make your day But save some food for the kangaroos down near the beach. Such a beautiful place

On the western side of the highway through the stunning state forest, venture to the "Pick Your Own" Berry farm [Seasonal]. Then stop by the popular swimming spot at Shallow Crossing. Drive through the brackish Clyde River and follow the river road back to Nelligen and Batemans Bay.

Swimming, Snorkeling, Body Surfing, Bogey Boards and Paddle Boarding are all popular activities at nearby beaches and lakes.

Scuba Diving can be arranged in Batemans Bay for dive trips to popular nearby spots.

Groceries can be obtained from the East Lynne Store or in Bateman's Bay or Ulladulla at the local supermarkets.

There are a great variety of take away, cafe or restaurants for your enjoyment with many featuring the local seafood.

The South Coast is the place for fishing... river, beach, surf, bay or boat. Several Charter companies in Batemans Bay and Ulladulla offer deep excursions. Burrill Lake also offer fishing charters.

There is ample room at Greenwood Park Estate, for boats, jet skis etc if you are able to bring them with you for your getaway.

Mogo Zoo. A trip to Mogo Zoo is well worth the visit being just a 20mins drive from Greenwood Park Estate. Mogo Zoo specializes in the survival of endangered animals and has many rare and exotic species including the rare white lion.

Birdland Animal Park. A 20 mins drive. This is where you can get up close and personal and meet Koalas and wombats and snakes.
