James Farmhouse and Cottage

The James' Farmhouse and Cottage is set on six acres of land and provides a serene and comfortable base from which you can experience the beautiful and fascinating Granite Belt. The Granite Belt has 52 wineries; and four National Parks of which one is four-wheel drive only. Also enjoy walks in the park, fishing. boating, golf course, gem fossicking plus fresh fruit and produce.

This sensational Farmhouse has been renovated and painted in French Provincial colours and sleeps 14 people. It features a cosy open brick fireplace in both the lounge and dining rooms.

At the end of the day, while enjoying a glass of one of the regions award winning wines, watch the sun go down from the front patio overlooking the local vineyards.

The Farmhouse has a large lounge room with a log fire and a piano, dining room, and self catering kitchen. There is also an old working wood stove in the kitchen!

Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two double beds, one bedroom with a queen size bed and one single bed, two beds in a sleep out and one window bed, two toilets, two bathrooms.

The front patio has three tables and bench seats, the back patio has a barbecue and table and chairs.

Located in the heart of Ballandean and offering impressive views overlooking a vineyard and only a short drive to many wineries and restaurants. Some of the wineries are rated 5 stars by James Halliday, plus many others have won recognition at Australian National Small Winemaker shows.
