A paradise for birds and humans, its named for the extended family of Kookaburras that live in the trees and will come and be fed if you choose. With all mod cons this simple house has all you need for your own dreaming in a hideaway from the everyday world. Orion Beach, connected to all the other beaches, is a short walk (400 m) away or doze and read on the spacious deck.
This little cottage consists of two bedrooms both with queens, good sized deck and modern kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for a couple of small family.
Linen is not provided, however linen packages can be requested.

Rates from 160 AUD to 330 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 500 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 45 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

Note: Owner's Booking Fee is included in Cleaning fee.
If the booking is cancelled prior to two months before the date of arrival a fee of $37 will be charged along with the $37 booking fee and any other booking fees occurred from third-party sites. If the booking is cancelled within two months of arrival you forego the whole amount if we cant find another tenant to occupy this property for the time you have booked. If we do find another tenant then 15% of the rent will be charged as a cancellation fee.
