The stunning, sun-drenched dining space has a dining setting for 6 and wall-to-wall windows, which open out to soak up those sea breezes and experience true beachfront dining. The living space promises rest and relaxation, with comfortable couches and double glass doors opening to the balcony and ocean vistas. An additional living space is located downstairs, with lounges to unwind with a book or your device, using the complimentary guest WIFI. Double glass doors open seamlessly to the timber decking area, tropical garden and Belongil Beach below.

  • Cleaning Fee: 55 AUD
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental
  • 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
OWNER RULES

Group restrictions: Maximum of 6 adults at the property.
Strict no party policy - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs (in response to the noisy neighbour hotline). See terms and conditions for further information.
No schoolies permitted.
Christmas and New Year Bookings: if dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12 night min stay applies.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond or immediate termination.
A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

There is a minimum 3 night stay with this listing.
During school holidays (NSW/QLD/VIC) there is a minimum 5 night stay.
During peak season there is a 7 night minimum stay.
Peak season includes Christmas week, New Year week, 1 to 14 January and Easter week.

All cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee and the non-refundable $55 booking fee.
The owner's fee is included in the cleaning fee.
