Riverland Holiday Cottage

Riverland Holiday Cottage is a quiet rural cottage located just 600 metres from the river, boat ramp and fishing jetty. A great place to stay if you like to relax, fish, water ski or just experience the farm lifestyle.

Set on a 14 acre farmlet, the closest neighbour almost a kilometre away, kids can feed the chooks and get to see real livestock (including lambs in Spring) in the adjoining paddocks.

Fully self-contained, with four bedrooms that can sleep up to 10 people, set up with everything you would need to enjoy a great holiday.

This area of the river has a good water level with a nice safe boat ramp and little fishing jetty. You can follow the Darling through to the Murray River Junction in approximately half an hour by speedboat. A good sealed road leads right to the front gate, which allows all weather access to property.

Self-Contained Four Bedroom Cottage

River Holiday Cottage features four bedrooms, two with queen beds, and two with two single beds each. Two folding beds are available. Summer and winter blankets, doonas, pillows are supplied, as are electric blankets during winter.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, a television, washing machine, and an outdoor dining setting complimented by a gas barbecue on the back veranda. Enjoy ducted cooling, gas heating and wood fire in living area (firewood is an optional extra).

The cottage has everything you need to enjoy a great holiday, including all linen requirements, 42 inch plasma television, DVD player with a selection of movies, CD player, and toys for the kids.
