At "Shore Bet" enjoy balmy nights with friends, pets and family having a BBQ and drinks whilst discussing the days' events. Surf, walk, fish or take a bucket and spade to make sandcastles as "Shore Bet" is located only 200 metres to Culburra surf beach. You can hear the surf from the house while cooling off in the afternoon sea breeze.
The property has a selection of games & books through-out the house for when you've had enough of the beach or rainy days to entertain everyone. For those cooler nights there is a fireplace in the family room, heating the house nicely throughout. The family pet is also welcome and has a fully fenced backyard to run around in. Side access to the yard is available for the parking of boats securely.
* This house IS pet friendly, a pet surcharge fee of $100 applies; all pets must be agreed to in writing prior to stay.

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of guests listed on your booking;
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your booking and paid for where applicable;
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property; All holiday properties are strictly no smoking areas;
- If your BBQ gas bottle runs out of gas there are exchange depots locally, please supply the receipt for a full refund;
- No Commercial activity is to take place at the property;
- Tents, caravans and other structures are not to be erected.
Cancellation Policy - booking and admin fees, extras and linen hire charges are non-refundable.
