The beautifully appointed, self contained bed and breakfast offers the perfect blend of old world charm and romantic luxury. Built in 1996 in Federation style this beautiful B&B offers self contained accommodation.
70 km from Adelaide, right in the heart of Tanunda and in easy walking distance to the main street with its antique shops, hotels, cafes, restaurants and visitors centre. It is the perfect centrally located base from which to experience all the region has to offer or to simply relax in the beautiful gardens of roses and feed the doves.
A delightful setting including live doves (White Fantails) which live in the outside eating/seating area and extravagant hospitality make for unforgettable memories. Go on and pamper yourself in this beautiful retreat. Can accommodate from two to seven guests. It has off street under cover parking, BBQ facilities, Laundry facilities and private court yards.
THE COTTAGE:
The self contained Cottage accommodates up to five people. It has a queen bedroom down stairs, a queen bedroom upstairs and a single bed on the loft. The large bathroom has a lovely 2 person spa bath and shower. In the main living area there is a fire place, DVD/CD, TV, Lounge suite and dining table for up to six.
There is R/C air conditioning, complimentary port and chocolates. The generous cooked breakfast provisions also include tea, coffee, a herbal tea selection, plunger coffee yoghurt and fruit. This is all found in the fully contained kitchen with stove top, oven and microwave.
THE STUDIO:
The Studio has a Queen bed and in the luxurious bathroom featuring a spa and shower. There is remote controlled air conditioning, DVD/CD, TV, complimentary port and chocolates.
In the cleverly concealed breakfast nook you will find generous breakfast provisions for a cooked breakfast and also includes tea, coffee, a herbal tea selection, plunger coffee, yoghurt and fruit.

Rates from 216 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 3:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings less than 30 days prior to arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur a 50% of the total booking fee. This fee however may be used towards re-booking at a future date. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the full amount payed. If you do not arrive and/or stay for the entire number of nights that have been booked, no refund will be given.
NO SMOKING
Smoking within the Accommodation is strictly forbidden however guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. If we determine evidence of smoking in the cottage, we reserve the right to apply a minimum cleaning fee of $200 which will be charged to the guest's account.
