Wings is a self-contained two storeyed,3 queen bedroom, 2 bathroom country homestead.

Slate and polished timber floors complement leather and antique furnishings forming the basis of your luxury stay.

Enjoy balmy evenings with a glass of local wine on the outdoor dining and BBQ area or under the vines soaking up the peace and tranquility. Long valley views entertain you as you anticipate a meal from the BBQ.Or Snuggle in with a glass of red around the log fire for those cosy winter evenings.

The homestead is set on 170 acres of rolling hills and valleys 7 km west of Springton in the picturesque Barossa Ranges , only one hours scenic drive from Adelaide, and is clad with native vegetation including huge gums.

Many years of natural regeneration and extensive areas of conservation planting surrounding peaceful grassy glades and a large lake make wings a perfect natural retreat.

12 Km of mown and marked walking and horse trails meandering amongst extensive native vegetation means you can explore every part of this unique property getting the opportunity to see the extensive number of native birds, wildlife that inhabit "Wings".

"Wings" retreat is high in the Barossa Ranges, and has stunning views over the Eden Valley with the surrounding farmland, native bush, and vineyards ensure your peace and privacy.

There are no other dwellings on the property, and this self-contained 170 acre conservation retreat is exclusively yours.

There is a fully equipped kitchen to prepare the 1st 2 mornings complimentary full cooked breakfast provisions and large family BBQ for you to prepare those special treats to be enjoyed under the vines, or you might prefer to use the catering service exclusively provided to guests by a local restaurant. They have everything from gourmet breakfasts, lunches, and dinners to picnic hampers and barbecue packs.

With 170 acres of native flora and fauna, Wings provides everything for those who love a natural environment to relax in and ejoy, peace, nature and comfort. It offers a remote experience, only one hours scenic drive from Adelaide. This is a perfect getaway retreat without the hassle of a long drive.

There are award winning wineries, and for that country experience the village of Springton with local pub, store and acclaimed "Bucks Bistro", golf course,tennis courts only 5 minutes away with the larger country villages of Mount Pleasant and Williamstown about a 10 minute drive.

Rates:
$260 per night 1st bedroom, single or couple.
$100 per night for each additional bedroom.
Fully cooked breakfast provisions for the first 2 mornings

Minimum Stay:
A minimum stay of two nights applies. One night stays are possible by negotiation but will be subject to a surcharge (rates vary based on number of rooms required).
