Carpe Diem was completed at Christmas of 2014 and is primed to share precious memories with island visitors.

Carpe Diem is suitable for a maximum of six visitors spread amongst three bedrooms (two bedrooms both fitted with a queen-sized bed and one bedroom with two single beds), two bathrooms, separate laundry and sizable open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. This modern getaway home is designed for comfortable, convenient and easy living. Its unique location boasts a three minute walk to one of the most secluded and child-friendly beaches on Kangaroo Island - Island Beach.

This beachside gem also provides a home theatre system, 4 burner barbeque and an outdoor undercover setting for all year round entertainment and indulgence for its guests. There is also a vast collection of children's books, games, music, DVDs and VHS movies available for use.

Island Beach is ideally located just ten minutes drive from Penneshaw which is where you will alight from the short ferry trip to the island.
