Casa Mateo VIlla well known private luxury villa with 6 bedrooms en suite and can be requested starting from 4 BR option for lesser gtoup, which the villa remain privately use. The elegant private villa features two private pools, sun terrace lounge, and a sauna. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi access, daily breakfast with private chef service, daily cleaning, turndown service, and security.
The spacious villa is tastefully appointed with ample open-air living room, bar, and dining area with plush sofas, flat-screen satellite smart TV, and an audio system. - Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 12:00:00 PM
- Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
Late check out after up to 18.00 charge 50% from 1 night rental rate
- Cancellation is received before 90 days prior to the commencement of the Holiday Period, Casa Mateo liable to forfeit 30% of the deposit paid.
- Cancellation is received 60 days prior to the commencement of the Holiday Period, Casa liable to forfeit 50% of the deposit paid.
- Cancellation is received 45 days prior to the commencement of the Holiday Period, the Casa Mateo liable to forfeit the total deposit paid
- Cancellation is received 30 days prior to the commencement of the Holiday Period, Casa Mateo forfeit for the total Rental Cost together with the Deposit
- If Casa Mateo didn't receive any notification of the balance payment based on the confirmation sent prior to the booking and full payment is not received in 7 days after the balance invoice issued, Casa Mateo reserve the right to consider the booking canceled.
