An outside courtyard adjoins the kitchen area through a sliding door. A sunny spot to eat breakfast, rest in the hammocks or access the fresh vegetable garden.

Hammocks provide the perfect location to continue to watch the landscape change.
Sit around our outside fire pit beside the lake for night-time star gazing and marshmallow roasting.

Eagles Nest Retreat has its own private surrounds containing a courtyard, barbeque and campfire areas with all the rest of the land being home to friendly Angus Stud Cattle who enjoy a carrot and some Dorper Sheep. Cradle Mountain is just 50 minutes drive away and there are numerous local attractions along the coast with quaint towns and boutique vineyards and businesses a plenty. Horse-riding and hiking are also close at hand.
