Lake Sunrise is a beautiful executive residence with large, spacious living areas and magnificent views across Lake Mulwala. The expansive lawn area leads down to the timber landing which is perfect for watersports, boating, fishing and swimming. There is an outdoor BBQ and seating for 12. There is a double garage and driveway parking. Guests also have access to the resort swimming pool which is in Cypress Drive.
This property offers 4 good sized bedrooms. 2 impressive master bedrooms each with ensuite, walk in robes and King beds. There are 2 other bedrooms offering 4 king singles, one single bed and a set of single bunks. Also on offer is a complete theatre room with surround sound, Foxtel, DVD player and a good collection of DVDs for guests enjoyment.
Please note, the lake access is unfenced which may not suit guests with small children. Baby playpen fencing can be erected.
Guests can enjoy in-house massages, lake tours, barbie boat hire, fishing tours and more.
