This listing is for the small cozy room. Space
Landmark 1 is the second best building in the whole area thanks to its location, interior and exterior designs as well as facilities for tenants, just after Landmark 81 the tallest building in Vietnam. It's next to Landmark 81 and will be connected directly to this building. It will be also connected directly to the biggest and most beautiful park in Vietnam and to Saigon River, by a sky bridge built only for tenants. Free access to the park for tenants. You can even book a bbq area to have bbq during your stay. It's free for tenants.

My people cannot always meet you in person at check in and/or check out time and/or when in need. But, you can always communicate with me via this page or via Viber and Whatssaps. I will give you my number after your bookings are completed. I am a super fast replier (but not during 6pm-2am Saigon time, ie 10pm-6am in Sydney, cause at that time I may be sleeping :) If you need to know where to go or what to do in Saigon, I can share my very good knowledges with you, and sometimes can ask my people to help you personally if they are willing to and have time.

This residential area is considered as where middle and high class Vietnamese peoples, famous Vietnamese celebrities and expats live. The building is secured with access control and security guard

Getting around
This place is in the middle of District 1 and District 2. Close to all major tourist attraction places, office building as well as big shopping malls. In the place itself, there will be a 5 star hotel, shopping center with quite many famous international brandnames, marina. Currently there are big park, some swimming pools, supermarkets, restaurants, spas and anything you may need during your stay. You can easily catch taxi from here with 24 hour service. Recommend Mailinh Taxi, Vinasun Taxi or Vina Taxi. Be careful with other taxis cause some drivers may take you around and you have to pay much higher. Uber is also quite popular here. If you already have Uber app in your phone and a VN phone number, call Uber. It's cheaper than taxi, and unlike in some other countries, Uber drivers here will always call you when they arrive to pick you

This listing is for the small cozy room in my 2br apartment Here are what I have arranged for your comfort stay: I leave a resident card in bedside table for you to use during your stay. Pls use it when you want to use pool, gym or other services only for residents. Please remember to leave it back in there or $50 each lost card will be charged to make replacements - Bedroom: a double bed with mattress and beddings, a bedside table, a built-in wardrobe with clothes hangers - Living room: a sofa bed, a sofa table, a dining table with 4 chairs, a working desk with chair, a tivi with 60 channels - Kitchen: a fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle, cookware set, knives, glasswares and all kitchen utensils... Sugar & salt are also available for you to use during your stay - Restroom: toilet rolls, bath towels - Laundry room: a washing machine (detergent is available to use), clothes lines with hangers, an iron + iron board and some cleaning stuffs - Balcony: 2 bar tools for you to sit on and relax with your favourite cold drinks Free unlimited wifi for your convenience. You will see user names and password after completing your booking The apartment is cleaned once before you check-in. During your stay, if you need cleaning service, please message me to call cleaning staff to come for US$10 / 2 hours
