Although this villa has eight bedrooms in total, the rates are for 6 bedrooms, but if you want to rent the two more beds in the villa, they will cost 2,000 THB per night, per bed.

Just a 10-minute drive from the city center and a 2-minute drive from restaurants, bars, supermarkets and local markets, the villa is conveniently located. Within a 15 to 30 minute drive, you can visit virtually everything Chiang Mai is famous for such as its stunning countryside, golf courses, extreme sport activities, Doi Suthep, the aquarium, Chiang Mai Zoo and much more.
Outside of the city center, Chiang Mai's scenic mountain terrain invites visitors to explore its peaks and lush forests. With a legacy of 700 years of history, this laidback city is home to a wealth of historic and cultural sites waiting to be discovered.

ACCOMMODATION
Beds
There are 6 + 2 bedrooms in total, seven of which have stylish wooden floors, ensuite bathrooms, king-size beds, air-conditioning and wardrobe facilities. Some of the bedrooms have direct garden and pool access, while the Master Bedroom on the upper level has a large balcony overlooking the garden. There is another bedroom that has a single bed. The villa sleeps 15 people across the bedrooms, but further beds and mattresses can be added on request so the villa can sleep 20 people in total.

Baths
The villa has seven bathrooms, all of which are ensuite and have toilets, showers and wash basins.

Kitchen
The kitchen is very large and spacious, coming equipped with lots of appliances such as gas hobs with extractor fan, a microwave, toaster and lots of dishware and cutlery. Chefs are available on request.

Living Room
The living area provides beautiful views and direct access to the pool, terrace and garden. The lounge has fitted wooden floors, and here you can relax in style on the two leather sofas and watch one of the international channels on the flat-screen TV. The views out towards the garden are very therapeutic.

Dining Room
The dining room has a large eight-seat wooden dining table, perfect for an evening meal get-together.
