Villa Arushi I is the newly renovated three bedroom villa. Being built using natural elements, this one-level villa is equipped with all modern facilities, where each bedroom has en-suite bathroom, living & dining with modern furniture, fully equipped kitchen, and private pool. Experience Bali's tropical vibe during your retreat in this tropical oasis, hidden away in the bustling Petitenget area!
FACILITIES
Bedrooms: 3-unique bedrooms with king size beds and each has en-suite. Each bedroom feature AC, flat TV and safety box. All rooms has a nice view directly on the pool.
Bathrooms: All 3 bathrooms designed as semi open bathrooms with hot & cold water, bathtub and shower. Bathroom amenities such soaps, shampoos, hand towel and pool towel are provided.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern equipments such dinner sets and cutlery, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, juice mixer, Gas stove, relevant utensils and crockery.
Living Area: Enclosed living area features comfortable sofa beds and Flat screen TV for entertainment and relaxing time with family and friends.
Dining Area: Feature a wooden table and chairs for 8 people.
Swimming pool: Private pool in the sun with size 7 x 4 meters. All around the pool you will find out really green banana tree leafs and also birds paradise flowers.
Entertainments: DVD player, flat screen TV with international channels, WiFi, and speakers.
Minimum Stay:

High season: 5 nights

Pricing
Rates from 440 AUD to 615 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 12:00:00 PM
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
- Your arrival detail (arrival time in the villa) and special request (if any) must be informed the management at the latest 3 days prior
- Normal check-in time is at 14.00 ( 2 PM) and the check-out time is at 12.00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out is based on the availability and subject to extra charge.
- Late check-out until max. 18.00 (6 PM) will be charged 50% from the price per night. Late check-out until after 6 PM will be charge 1 night price
- There is security deposit at the amount USD 100 for the stay and will be 100% refundable if no claim of loss and damage during your stay.
- Pets is not allowed in the property
- Party or any loud music, which can cause disturbance to the surrounding areas is not permitted in the villa.
