As you walk into the villa you walk through the lush gardens and pool area into a large semi open living and dining area and adjoin in a large fully equipped kitchen with bar area. The modern style of this villa, is created by all the white walls, but there is as well few chairs in wood and parquet which bring a natural side to the villa. It features 3 large bedrooms all with large en-suites, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV's, DVD's and large panorama windows overlooking the large private pool and lush tropical gardens.

This villa offers total privacy and tranquility with no passing traffic, giving total quiet and relaxation, yet only 200m from the action. As you walk into the villa you walk through the lush gardens past the pool and snubbing areas into a large open lounge and dining room which is adjoins a large fully equipped kitchen and bar area. Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with queen size. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, fans, wardrobes, safety box, robe and reading light.
