It has a covered area at the front of the cottage, which is great for use all year round. You can use the BBQ to cook up some local produce or just sit and enjoy the view overlooking a vineyard while drinking an award-winning wine.

Located in the heart of Ballandean and offering impressive views overlooking a vineyard and only a short drive to many wineries and restaurants. Some of the wineries are rated 5 stars by James Halliday, plus many others have won recognition at Australian National Small Winemaker shows.
Wine tour companies will pick you up at the property.

From your front door, you often see Kangaroo’s in the early morning and late afternoon, plus Kookaburras and Parrots in the surrounding trees

Giraween National park is a 15-minute drive to the South
Sundown 4WD National park is a 25-minute drive to the west
Storm King dam, for boating and fishing, is a short 5-minute drive down Eukey Rd.
