If you love a family home with a pool and short walk to the beach and a cafe for coffee, look no further!
With 3 entertainment areas to enjoy with the whole family, a large open plan kitchen with modern appliances,dining and family area which then opens onto the deck and large pool/yard. One living space also has a Billiard Table. The property also has air conditioning.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an ensuite, plus a main bathroom and powder room. All bedrooms have carpet and living spaces have polished timber floors including a massive bedroom/parent retreat with double shower, spa bath and walk in robe on the top floor.

Laundry with washer & dryer with a remote DLUG with internal access.
The garden is great for children, plenty of grass, little decking areas, a BBQ, larger covered deck area with dining table, all surrounding the big pool.

There are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit & on the spot eviction.

The Gold Coast theme parks are approximately 60 minutes drive north and Byron Bay only 50 minutes south. Kingscliff on the Tweed Coast is becoming the hottest holiday destination, come and see what the fuss is about.

Please note: Linen (sheets, pillow cases, bath mats, hand towels, bath/beach towels & tea towels) is not included unless otherwise stated in the advertised description. Pillows, mattress protectors and blankets/doonas are supplied.

In the case of Pet friendly accommodation, a charge of $120 is applicable per animal, for the duration of the stay.
