The 2-storey 3-bedroom villa has a very modern yet homely feel to it. It is decorated in minimalist Asian style with colourful artwork and details, bringing out the very essence of tropics. The pool area is just outside the living room, which makes overseeing children while they play in the pool easy. The pool also has a shallow part, suitable for babies and toddlers. The pool deck is where you can enjoy a BBQ, sunbathe, and have dinner at the second dining table.

The open plan living, kitchen and dining area is welcoming and modern, with eye-striking details. The fully equipped European kitchen features an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and espresso machine. A comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV dominate the living space. Next to the living room there is a guest toilet.

The master and second bedrooms are on the 1st floor, while the 3rd bedroom is on the ground level, next to the living room. All 3 bedrooms have uniquely designed en suite bathrooms with rain and standard showers; the master and the 2nd bedrooms come with 2 basins each. All bedrooms feature king size beds, ceiling fans and air conditioning, blackout curtains and tasteful furniture. Both 1st floor rooms have balconies, and the one in the master bedroom is larger than the other.
