Rental Terms
Utilities (Water, Electricity, Internet)
When leasing a condo it would be standard practice for the tenant to pay utility bills (Electricity, water, internet, etc.) although these charges are relatively small. Most condominiums charge water at approx. 35 baht per cubic meter (1 ton), the average water bill per month for a studio would be 150 baht, and electric at 6 baht per unit.
Fast Internet isavailable 750 baht up to 1 month usage.
Room service can be provided for 500 Baht for a studio apartment and includes cleaning of room and changing of bedding & towels. Bedding and towels are provided for.
Security Deposit
Upon check in we require a security deposit to the value of 4,000 Thai baht (payable in any currency), which is refundable on check-out in the same currency as received at check-in, or in Thai
Baht, minus any damages and utilities.
