Perched on a gentle hill in a serene area of Samui called Plai Laem, Villa Ajay Samui is a 3-floor estate with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms that can sleep 10 people. Its common areas are nothing short of superb lounge by the private outdoor swimming pool, throw a BBQ on the pool terrace, get some work done from the sea view working corner, and enjoy shared meals at the tasteful dining table. For your convenience, the villa comes with 2 fully fitted kitchens, a home theater, and another long balcony with a swing chair. Most would agree that this is a paradise home on a paradise island.

The villa's ground floor is home to two bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and another next to the shared guest bathroom, and a chic kitchen with dining. The kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, kettle, and a toaster, as well as a large dining area. On the villa's first floor you will find a large nearly-all-in-glass living room with a home theater plus a sizable working corner and a terrace. In addition, there are a guest bathroom and the master bedroom with a bath tub in its en suite double bathroom. The villa's second floor comprises two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and the second kitchen with a stove, fridge, microwave, and a small dining table. Additionally, there is a sofa as well as a long balcony with seating.

The house has high ceilings with contributes to the atmosphere of abundance and airiness. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and come with king size beds, wardrobes, and gorgeous woodwork. Some bedrooms also have seated areas or a working table and chair. Every room at the villa is air-conditioned, and there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a hair dryer you are welcome to use. The television comes with dozens of international Cable channels for when you wish to tune into the rest of the world.

The villa is located in Plai Laem area between two beaches, Bang Rak and Choeng Mon, both a 10-minute ride away. Plai Laem Beach is also nearby; it is quiet and great for watching sunsets. From the house, it would take about 5 minutes by car to get to Plai Laem Temple and 6-7 minutes to reach Big Buddha Temple. The temple is locally called Wat Phra Yai and it is a must-see attraction that features a 12-metre tall Buddha statue. Fisherman Village in Bo Phut is 5 km away from the property, while Samui International Airport is 10-15 minutes away by car.
