Pensri villa, placed on an 800 sqm plot, is a modern-looking stylish summer estate decorated with natural materials such as wood and stone. The villa has two floors: open plan living, kitchen, dining area, garden and two bedrooms are all found on the ground floor, while remaining two bedrooms are on the floor above. Tropical garden with pool and sunbeds is the place to cool off during sunny days.

Chalong Bay Boat Harbour and Lifestyle Suburb:
The villa is conveniently located between Chalong and Rawai: Chalong Bay Beach is about 600 m away, and the famed Rawai Beach is 1.8 km away. The villa has easy access to supermarket and the local fresh market, but if you prefer to eat out Rawai is the area with many excellent seafood restaurants. Nearby sites include Seashell Museum where you can see a privately owned collection of some of the rarest seashells in the world, and Phuket Orchid Farm.

Accommodation:
Beds:
There are 4 bedrooms at the property, two on the ground level and two on the upper floor. Master bedroom is on the floor and it features a TV with a DVD player as well as a balcony with table and two chairs. Another bedroom on the upper floor is similar to the master bedroom but without a DVD player. The two bedrooms downstairs open up to the garden and both are spacious and with TVs. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.

Baths:
The estate features 4 en suite bathrooms and an additional toilet in the living room area. Master bathroom contains a large dressing room with a closet and mirrors as well as a Jacuzzi bath tub, a shower and a toilet. The second bathroom on the floor also has a dressing room, a shower, and a toilet, while two en suite bathrooms downstairs each have a sink, a showers and a toilet.

Kitchen:
The open plan kitchen and dining space is spacious and luxurious. The sleek European style kitchen has everything you might need during your stay, including a large oven, two sinks, two microwaves and a wine cooler.

Living Room:
A sizable living room is a part of a large dining, kitchen and living area, however it is separated from the kitchen and dining room by a partition. The living room features a couch, 60 TV, DVD player and a surround system; it also has a working space with a PC. Behind it is a storage room as well.

Dining Room:
The open plan dining room with kitchen is found to the right of the entrance. It features a large table set for 8 persons and a lovely garden view.
