A large sofa (not sofa bed) is available for a 5th guest and linen & towels can be supplied if this is noted in the booking.

Kitchen:

The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, cook top, fridge & microwave as well as small appliances and utensils. There is also a water purifier offering you unlimited filtered water for your enjoyment.

Laundry:

The laundry has a washer, clothes rack, iron, ironing board and washing powder for your convenience.

Enclosed Balcony:

There is a spacious balcony (which can be fully enclosed) with an outdoor table facing the glass bottom pool. Pool, sauna, steam room and spa are in the opposite building within the complex (very short distance) and you will have access with your electronic card. The apartment faces within the complex and not the street meaning minimal street noise.

Convenient Access with Dedicated Carpark:

There is full lift access from the ground floor and car park. One car park is included (2.2m high) and entry is by remote attached to your key. Additional parking (subject to availability) is available next door, operated by Wilson Parking.
