This split level, double story home with 3 bedrooms and bunk room, sleeping up to 9 people will surprise in many ways. The property is older in years but has been tastefully renovated. The house is big and inviting, warm and welcoming, a slow combustion fire to keep you warm in the cooler months or just open the sliding doors to let the afternoon breezes in over summer.

Breakfast and coffee on the main deck in the early morning sun, afternoon drinks and dinner as the sun goes down in the evening, or simply relax anytime with a good book on any one of the three decks or the semi enclosed veranda - endless possibilities.

Upstairs, the kitchen, family, and living meals area opens onto the main deck. The lounge room and cosy master bedroom with its own en-suite are also accessible from this area.

The entrance hall, main bathroom and 2 bedrooms are down a short flight of stairs where there is also access to the separate games/bunk room which sleeps up to 4 providing a perfect place for the kids to chill in their own environment and leave the adults to their space upstairs.

The surrounding area is one of beauty, looking from the deck across the valley to the Golf Course and Heathlands with its ever changing bush and wildlife. The nearby Golf Course famous for its population of kangaroos is now also family friendly with its own new Mini Golf.Then there are numerous walking tracks and bike paths as well as playgrounds and a skate park down by the river where local summer markets are held, and of course who can forget the local beaches.

From surfing and fishing the unpatrolled back beaches to the child friendly Point Roadknight or Main Beach which are both patrolled in the summer months, to wading in the shallows and rock pools, boogie boarding, taking out the Hobie Cat from the Motor Yacht Club on select days, or just lying in the sand, Anglesea has everything going for it and what better place to quickly adjust to holiday mode than at Breakfast at Belton.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principal place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
