A single level home which allows you to walk straight out the back door and onto the 18th fairway as you negotiate your way around the kangaroos that frequent the course. Take a stroll up to the Clubhouse for a meal, a round of golf or a round of drinks.

Comprising 3 bedrooms, main bathroom and large ensuite, with a separate lounge area at the front and a sunny living/kitchen/dining area at the rear with views over the Green. The house faces east at the rear providing a beautiful sunny aspect from the kitchen/living area onto the golf course as the morning sun comes up.

The house design and space lend itself to being the ideal spot for a family to come and holiday together.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
