Ballarat Cottages consists of three unique spa cottages situated three kilometres from Ballarat central business district and four kilometres to Sovereign Hill.

Bilrene Cottage is a large three bedroom cottage set in quiet and peaceful gardens, able to accommodate up to six guests. It has a double spa in bathroom, television, DVD, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry with washer and dryer central. The cottage also has heating and reverse cycle air conditioning, plus large living area and gazebo.

Yarrowee Cottage is attic style fully self-contained cottage overlooking Yarrowee River and walking trail. Quiet and peaceful, the cottage has a large attic bedroom upstairs, gas log fire and reverse cycle air conditioner. Additionally there is a laundry and fully equipped kitchen, large gazebo and barbecue.

Admirals Cottage is nautical inspired, overlooking Yarrowee River and walking trail surrounded by bushland and birdlife. The cottage includes a television, DVD, outdoor barbecue and decking.
