This cosy cottage is very centrally located close to the CBD and local restaurants, shops etc. Also nearby is the famous Lake Wendouree with its lovely views and the beautiful botanical gardens. Other attractions within a fifteen-minute drive include the words renowned sovereign hill and also the made museum showcasing the story of the Eureka rebellion.

Cosy on mair is within one block Ballarat's CBD with restaurants, shopping precinct, the information center. Also close by is the library,the train station and beautiful Lake Wendouree and its famous botanical gardens. The cottage is very centrally located and you are close to all facilities.
All you need to do is just relax and enjoy the comfort of the cottage.

My house has three well apointed bedrooms, laundry facilities and a lovely outdoor area where you can enjoy a quite cuppa or drink. If you feel like something more, just enjoy a relaxing spa bath. The cottage is also close to everything, coffee shops, lake wendouree etc.

Guest are welcome to use the whole property at their leisure. The rear of the house also caters for at least two vehicles. The house also has coded entrance for your security.

This property has central heating and also a split system with heating and air conditioning. I have included electric blankets on all beds to add extra comfort to my guests.
