Bedrooms are all upstairs. Bedding configuration is two queen size beds and two single beds. There is a private courtyard area and secure parking for two vehicles.

Phoenix is quite central and within walking distance of Lake Wendouree, the botanical gardens, POW Memorial, paddle boats, tourist tram and tram museum, adventure playgrounds with restaurants and recreational areas a short stroll. Enjoy the fortnightly farmers market on the shores of Lake Wendouree held on the second and fourth Saturday.

The property is also about 100 metres from a cafe and a children's playground.

Ballarat West railway station is within walking distance and the estate is serviced by a bus route.

Ballarat's premier sporting facilities including the aquatic centre, hockey, archery, baseball and others are all within 900 metres of Phoenix House.
