A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur 50% of the total booking fee. This fee however may be used towards re-booking at a future date. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, will forfeit the full amount paid. If you do not arrive and/or stay for the entire number of nights that have been booked, no refund will be given.
We recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover for unexpected situations requiring cancellation of bookings. We understand that accidents happen but any willful damage will be charged to the clients account.
Other things to note:
Smoking within the Accomodation is strictly forbidden however guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. If we determine evidence of smoking in the cottage, we reserve the right to apply a minimum cleaning fee of $200 which will be charged to the guests account.
