The Friendly Chat Bed and Breakfast offers choices - King/Twin Room (private bathroom, not ensuite) OR Queen Ensuite Room, OR you are able to book the whole space - user-friendly for people travelling alone, couples, small groups or families. Prices are based on two people sharing one room.

A well equipped kitchen allows you the option to self cater with ease, as you utilise the guest lounge, private covered verandah and spacious garden. But if a little pampering is what you are after, don't be afraid to engage your hosts in chat of the friendly kind!

Queen Ensuite Room
This room has a comfortable Queen-sized bed, with bedside tables and lamps allowing for relaxing reading. It has the luxury of a fresh and clean ensuite with walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. Complimentary toiletries include shampoo and conditioner as well as locally handmade soap.

Quality linen and fluffy white towels add to the comfort of your stay.

Ample hanging and storage space is provided in the two-door built-in wardrobe. A hairdryer, ceiling fan, clothes rack and umbrella are also supplied for your convenience.

The opening window captures the Bay breezes and a blockout blind encourages a sleep-in.

Garden Room King/Twin with private bathroom

This room has two extra-long single ensembles that can be used either for a twin room, or for a full-sized king bed if required. Looking out onto the garden and catching glimpses of the Bay, this room has its own private access through the sliding door.

Fitted with blockout curtains as well as opaque blinds, you can have as much or as little light as you want to enjoy this room. A ceiling fan with a remote adds to your comfort.

A two-door, built in wardrobe provides ample storage and hanging space, and a hairdryer and umbrella are provided for your convenience.

A private bathroom complements this room. It is fresh and clean, featuring a walk-in shower with a strong grip rail, a toilet, a vanity containing a variety of complimentary toiletries and fluffy white towels.
