Private and stylishly appointed, the near new contemporary 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has polished timber floors throughout and is designed to interact with nature throughout. Each end of the home has a private bedroom with a spacious ensuite with a bath to soak in the views. Reverse cycle air-conditioners, large glass doors & louvre windows, dishwasher, Bbq & washing machine etc. all help ensure comfort and ease.
The 13 metre swimming pool [magnesium salts] has heating if requested in winter and an outdoor shower.
Ample front and back verandahs allow for soaking up the sun, relaxing in the shade or outdoor eating.

No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings.
No Schoolies or school-leavers permitted.
No smoking inside the property.
If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
There is a minimum 3 night stay with this listing.
During school holidays (NSW/QLD/VIC) there is a minimum 5 night stay.
During peak season there is a 7 night minimum stay.
Peak season includes Christmas week, New Year week, 1 to 14 January and Easter week.
All cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee and the non-refundable $55 booking fee.
The owner's fee is included in the cleaning fee.
