Allure is an absolute treat; light-filled, spacious, airy and decorated with high-end modern Balinese furniture and boasting all of the mod-cons! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac the house is a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet only minutes away from all the fun it has to offer. Set amidst a fragrant garden of tropical plants and Frangipani trees and surrounded by lush green grass, Allure is a beach holiday makers paradise!
Perfect for 4 couples or 2 families, Allure has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8 adults in 4 queen size beds. There is also a 5th kids rumpus room. The bedroom upstairs is huge and a fantastic retreat for parents or honeymooners. Its balcony sits right in the Frangipani tree and catches glimpses of the nearby beach. Downstairs there is a queen room with a balcony and 1 room with 2 singles. A bathroom with toilet plus another separate toilet. The large open plan kitchen, living and dining room means that there is lots of space for the whole family or group to cook, eat and socialise together on a cool evening. Of course the warm tropical Byron Bay weather means that you can entertain outside most of the year round on the big spacious deck with large table and lounge. The north wing has a master bedroom and ensuite with bath and a 5th rumpus room with a queen bed and single bunk on top-great for an extra TV room for the kids.
If your plan is to spend time at the beach, Allure is perfectly located. Just walk through Allures private gate, along the retired train track for 50 metres, to the magnificent clear blue waters of Byrons, Belongil Beach. On your return wash the days salt water and sand off in the heated outdoor shower.

Christmas and New Year Bookings: if dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12 night min stay applies.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond or immediate termination.
A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
There is a minimum 3 night stay with this listing.
During school holidays (NSW/QLD/VIC) there is a minimum 5 night stay.
During peak season there is a 7 night minimum stay.
Peak season includes Christmas week, New Year week, 1 to 14 January and Easter week.
All cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee and the non-refundable $55 booking fee.
The owner's fee is included in the cleaning fee.
