Blue Bliss offers a Bali inspired experience across a three bedroom house and additional three self-contained studio cabins, all located just a few minutes stroll to the pristine white sands of beautiful Belongil Beach in Byron Bay.
For those larger groups, Blue Bliss offers flexibility of stay as it can be booked as the whole property sleeping up to 13 guests, or individually as the house and/or studios for smaller groups or extended stays where groups require different dates.
Blue Bliss is centrally located in tranquil tropical gardens and surrounded by a State Forest with rainforest streams and waterways. The setting is one of serenity and outstanding natural beauty, with world class beaches and protected marine parks at your fingertips.
The property is ideally situated at the end of a private no-through-road, just 6 minutes stroll from the centre of Byron Bay and award winning restaurants, cafes and tourist venues. Stay and enjoy a variety of arts and entertainment venues, cinemas, local produce and craft markets, world famous festivals and circus facilities.
- Self-contained studios -
There are three self contained studios available which each offer a queen bed, custom built couch, TV, DVD, ensuite, and small kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge, kettle and a toaster. They also offer a tranquil rear balcony overlooking a beautiful reserve. These studios are perfect for a couples retreat or couple of friends as a great and affordable alternative to a motel/hotel room.
The studio apartments have their own driveway and are linked to the house via an undercover boardwalk providing privacy for all guests.
The laundry is located underneath the studios to be shared by all guests and provides a washing machine and dryer.

There is also a custom built, fold-out couch available in each studio suitable for small children.

- Cleaning Fee: 55 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
Booking Information:
Group restrictions - maximum of 2 adults at the property.
Strict noise policy and no parties permitted - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs. See terms and conditions for further information.
No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings.
No Schoolies or school-leavers permitted.
No smoking inside the property.
If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with us.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
There is a minimum 3 night stay with this listing.
During school holidays (NSW/QLD/VIC) there is a minimum 5 night stay.
During peak season there is a 7 night minimum stay.
Peak season includes Christmas week, New Year week, 1 to 14 January and Easter week.
All cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee and the non-refundable $55 booking fee.
The owner's fee is included in the cleaning fee.
