From a private sealed driveway, Casbar Estate feels a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of Byron Bay’s CBD but is only 5 minutes’ drive, and 2 minutes into Suffolk Park Shops and Tallows Beach.

The property seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living spaces and features an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with a stunning northeast aspect. Throw open the doors to the verandah, where you can witness early morning sunrises, the memorizing fountain over the spring-fed dam, observe wallabies in their natural habitat, and even catch a glimpse of migrating whales from May to November.

For the ultimate entertainment experience, head to the dedicated media room and you’ll find a spacious modular lounge suite, with a cinematic size Smart TV.

On the south side, an impressive al fresco dining area includes a well-equipped galley-style kitchen opening to a covered outdoor entertaining area. Here, you can enjoy an outdoor fireplace, a gas BBQ, a bar complete with fridge, outdoor sink and dishwasher. Room 1 – Main bedroom suite – Queen bed, shower, toilet, bathtub, walk-in robe.
Studio – Queen bed, shower, toilet.
Room 3 – King bed or split king singles shower, toilet.

Casbar Cabin – (Guest House) Queen bed, shower, toilet, outdoor bath.
(Note- The cabin is fully self-contained with kitchen, laundry, lounge, queen bed with ensuite and outdoor bathtub. If you require access to the The Cabin, there will be an additional charge)
