A relaxing 10 minute walk to Tallow Beach, one of the world's most stunning beaches, where the beach track takes you past the magnificent Tallow Creek abundant with bird life and majestic scenery. Directly opposite the Byron Bay Golf Course and right next door to the award winning Byron at Byron Resort & Spa, this really is the perfect location when holidaying in Byron Bay.
***Sleeping***
The property boasts a stylish 1 bedroom villa with kitchen, lounge area, king bedroom and ensuite with a large bath, as well as 3 individual retreat suites - each with king size beds and designer marble bathrooms. Each suite is individually styled with quality furnishings reflecting a casual stylish lifestyle.

- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 1,000 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 55 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
***Booking Information***
Group restrictions - maximum of 8 adults at the property unless otherwise approved directly with us.
Strict noise policy and no parties permitted - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs. See terms and conditions for further information.
No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings.
Intimate events, photo/video shoots may be arranged directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals. Additional fees and T&C's apply.
No Schoolies or school-leavers permitted.
No smoking inside the property.
If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with us.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
There is a minimum 3 night stay with this listing.
During school holidays (NSW/QLD/VIC) there is a minimum 5 night stay.
During peak season there is a 7 night minimum stay.
Peak season includes Christmas week, New Year week, 1 to 14 January and Easter week.
All cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee and the non-refundable $55 booking fee.
The owner's fee is included in the cleaning fee.
