Su Casa is a newly renovated, spacious 2 bedroom cottage located within a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Byron Bay, unique shopping precinct and it's many delectable cafe's and restaurants.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds, the main bedroom also featuring an ensuite and the second bedroom with easy access to the main bathroom and toilet.
The lounge room is extremely generous in size and can be closed off with sliding glass and timber panelled doors. The lounge features a large flat-screen tv, comfortable couches and reverse cycle air conditioning.
The kitchen, with all the mod cons, overlooks the dining room which has been wallpapered in a cool geometric design for a funky effect. The kitchen dining and lounge rooms all look out to the large leafy garden and lawn which surrounds the house. An outdoor setting / BBQ is also situated in the garden to maximise the glorious Byron Bay weather!
Full laundry facilities also provided with cool, newly sanded hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The large leafy garden provides dappled sunlight through the trees and privacy from the road.
No need for a car. Su Casa is located within a 5 minute walk to main beach, shops, restaurants, pubs and many of Byron's famous Spa houses. (Buddha Gardens Day Spa located just down the road girls!)
The Farmers Markets are held every Thursday mornings and are a mere stroll down the road from Su Casa. The Sunday markets are also held there where you can enjoy great food, music and shopping!
This property is pet friendly, however it is only suitable for a small, indoor dog as the yard is not fenced.
If you have another group wanting to stay close why not inquire about our sister property next door called Mi Casa - sleeps 7. There's a gate that joins the properties for easy access.

If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
There is a minimum 3 night stay with this listing.
During school holidays (NSW/QLD/VIC) there is a minimum 5 night stay.
During peak season there is a 7 night minimum stay.
Peak season includes Christmas week, New Year week, 1 to 14 January and Easter week.
