Hidden in a tropical eco community estate, Treetops at Seacliffs is a peaceful and serene holiday house that's a family delight.

The double-storey, architecturally designed home features an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area that leads out to an internal courtyard - complete with a swimming pool (not heated), entertaining and BBQ area, and a tropical garden.
This 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury beach house sleeps up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults), and boasts a games room with pool table and table tennis, and a media room. Downstairs, there's also a separate studio (no internal access) that's equipped with a queen as well as a sofa bed, plus a lounge, dining table and an ensuite bathroom.

Treetops at Seacliffs is an entertainers paradise. The home includes an impressive kitchen with white stone bench tops, as well as a relaxing lounge area that features a 65 Smart TV. Here, you can kick back with a movie, or connect to the music system and pour a glass of your favorite beverage! The property is designed with wide sliding doors that open out to an expansive deck that includes a BBQ and outdoor dining and lounge seating.

Treetops at Seascliffs is located in a very private, expansive, and safe eco-community estate at the back of Suffolk Park. Kids will love to play and explore around the house - there's even a waterfall at the back of the property with freshwater crayfish!

The property is a short 2 minute drive to beautiful Tallow Beach - one of Australia's best beaches - and a 10 minute walk to Suffolk Park shops, where you'll find groceries and restaurants, as well as a bakery and pub. Byron Bay's town centre is also just a 5 minute drive from home.

Bedding configuration (sleeps up to 10, maximum 8 adults):

Upper level:
- Bedroom 1 (main bedroom): king, ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: double, ceiling fan
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (2 x singles)

Ground level:
- Bedroom 4 - queen, queen-sized sofa pullout, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom (external access)

Bathroom configuration:

Upper Level:
- Bathroom 1 (ensuite from main bedroom): shower, double vanity, separate toilet
- Bathroom 2 (shared): shower, separate bath, single vanity, toilet

Ground Level:
- Bathroom 3 (ensuite from studio): shower, single vanity, toilet
- A powder room with toilet and single vanity is also available on the upper level.

Laundry:
Treetops at Seacliffs includes a washing machine and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board.

Pets:
Unfortunately this property is not pet-friendly.

Parking:
The property includes driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

Location:
At Treetops at Seacliffs, you can easily walk to everything you need, with dining, shopping, groceries, and entertainment close by at Suffolk Park. Much-loved Tallow Beach is also nearby - a stunning beach, and famous stretch for surfers with great waves.

Schoolies:
Schoolies, bucks or hens groups are not suitable for this property. Strict No Party policy. Bookings will be canceled upon breach of these policies. Schoolies will not be accepted, please do not ask. Thank you for your understanding.
