The moment you arrive you feel a relaxed sense of calm, a front deck greets you and is open to the northern side with a full size pool table to entertain.

The lounge is combined and close to the kitchen that has a flow through plan to the dining room. Imagine eating your breakfast looking over the beautiful natural setting that sets the scene for your holiday ahead.

A rear entertaining platform has been built with outdoor settings for you to BBQ and watch the kids paddle board or kayak in the back yard or take a stroll east and you will be at the beach in no time!

The master bedroom is located in the loft area of the lake house and has its own bathroom.Located on the ground floor is a family room. The family room is configured the same as if you check into a family motel suite, a queen bed and two singles, although the queen bed faces directly over the lake which has a stunning view to wake up to.

The bathroom services this wing with another queen suite that has direct access to the new balcony.

There are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit & on the spot eviction.

Please note: Linen (sheets, pillow cases, bath mats, hand towels, bath/beach towels & tea towels) is not included unless otherwise stated in the advertised description. Pillows, mattress protectors and blankets/doonas are supplied.

In the case of Pet friendly accommodation, a charge of $120 is applicable per animal, for the duration of the stay.
