1 Bedroom fully self contained apartment

A fantastic apartment for singles, couples or small families. The apartment accommodates 2 guests in either one Queen Bed or Two Single Beds in the bedroom, however, an extra single bed can be placed in either the bedroom or the rear corner of the large living room so that there can be 3 guests in this apartment. Extra guests are charged for at $30 per night which is payable direct at check in.

The living room contains a 5 seat lounge chaise, coffee table, TV unit and a dining table & chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, convection microwave and all the cooking utensils you could wish for. There are enough plates etc for up to 6 people. There is also a washing machine at the end of the kitchen.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hairdryer and starter 'pack' of shampoo, conditioner and soap.

An easy 20-minute stroll puts you in the centre of the CBD or the Esplanade and there is a public bus stop 100 meters away.
