Rates from 329 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 3:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 50 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
Please note:
- There may be a security deposit and cleaning fee required for this property.
- Cancellations: In the event of you cancelling your holiday booking for any reason whatsoever, it will be a condition that no refund will be made unless, and until, the premises are re-let by one booking for the full rental period. A service fee of $75 will apply to all cancelled bookings. The booking fee is also non-refundable. If the property is not relet the deposit is forfeited. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable
- No applicant under the age of 25 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by an adult. No group bookings for under 25s are permitted.
- We have the right to cancel the booking immediately and the full amount of the accommodation will be refunded.
- The owner's fee is included in the cleaning fee.
