Easy to find in the Main Street of Spalding, opposite the Spalding Hotel, we are a perfect base for walkers & bike riders on the Heysen & Mawson Trails. Spalding is a quiet town with a central Park, playground, Sporting Complex & an Olympic sized swimming pool open in Summer.
We have our own Broughton River at Spalding and a free Permit for trout fishing is included in the tariff. The Bundaleer Reservoir is approx 6 km from Country bakehouse & has recently been opened for visitors & fishing. Gov. Permits are offered online.

- Non smoking residence. Smokers can use outside sand pot facilities.
- A dog is allowed...pre approved. No dogs allowed in bedroom area but are able to sleep in the outside laundry. Bring own bedding for a dog. -
- No parties on the B&B property.
- Everything is provided inc. Continental breakfast provisions.
- Guests need to clean up & leave property tidy as found. Kitchen fridge & food emptied & wiped out, dishes cleaned & put away, kitchen floor swept & bins emptied.
- Shared laundry, washing powder provided. Gold coin appreciated for washing & drying each load as electricity prices have soared recently.
