All villas have two bedrooms with max capacity of 4 persons.

Just in the heart of the village and over looking Jubilee Beach, Amos House Hotel & Swansea Ocean Villas are central to much of Tasmanias natural and cultural heritage.

We reserve the right to refuse check-in or charge additional extra person charges directly if there are more people staying than what is stated on the booking.
