The Space:
The light, bright kitchen has a four-burner gas cooktop, electric oven, family size fridge, microwave and ample bench space, with windows providing tranquil leafy views.

Two double bedrooms are roomy and quiet with plush carpeting. The sizable black-and-white tiled bathroom features a large bath and full laundry facilities.

This apartment comes with its own undercover car space and is only a three minute drive to bustling St Kilda. And just around the corner youll find a precinct of cafes, restaurants and grocery shops which the locals affectionately call Ormond Village. Regular busses service this village too.

If youre looking for a quiet haven in Elwood with the beach on your doorstep and the convenience of shops, eateries and transport nearby, this apartment is simply perfect.

* Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered.

* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 4 pm and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
