ENJOY A GOURMET ESCAPE
Pre- dinner drinks and canapes are served at sunset to enable guests to enjoy the breathtaking view, watch the sunlight dancing from one hilltop to another whilst waiting for the wine-paired evening meal that highlights their own and local fresh produce. Dinner is served at the communal table with other guests or, if desired, at a secluded table for two.

THE SUITES
The suites are furnished for ultimate comfort and serenity, and have private facilities. Relax with breathtaking views to the rear gardens and Wilsons Promontory in the distance.

The beds are dressed with the finest Italian custom-made bed linen and the rooms are sumptuously appointed with the best of European furnishings and hand-loomed woollen tapestry rugs. For the added comfort of guests, each suite has a complimentary in room bar fridge, plunger coffee and tea-making facilities.

-- THE CHINOISERIE SUITE --
This suite is situated on the mezzanine floor and features a king-size bed, eclectic furnishings mixing antique and classic pieces together with silk hand-painted wallpaper giving an old-world ambience with modern comfort.

The private balcony offers expansive views towards the south and Wilsons Promontory and the sitting area overlooks the living area and provides views to the north.

--THE VENETIAN SUITE --
This suite is situated on the ground floor and has a light-filled sitting area off the bedroom with double French doors opening to your own outdoor patio leading to the garden and hot tub.

It is furnished with a queen-size bed and an array of mainly European pieces. The bedhead wall feature is a hand-painted de Gourney scene. The antique porcelain was purchased in Venice (perhaps a relic from the days of Marco Polo?)

-- THE TURQUOISE SUITE --
This suite is situated on the ground floor and has a light-filled sitting area off the bedroom with double French doors also opening to your own outdoor patio leading to the garden and hot tub.

The furnishings include a Fortuny hand-painted silk light fitting as originally designed by Mariano Fortuny in 1897. The screen used as a bedhead is a French re-production of a full-size drawing on vellum by Dutch painter Albert Eckhout in 1664.
