The space
The space is designed to be open with easy social dining to living to outdoor patio. Children can roam free without opening and closing doors, and adults can also easily enjoy meals and drinks throughout the space.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire house including the additional toys, beach things and board games for kids.

We have plenty of baby, toddler and children friendly touches including a cot, high chair, toys, games, books, play room and a protective stairs stopper. The pool can heat to a temp of 26 degrees and its swimmable all year round at that.

We have a Strict No Party policy. Schoolies, bucks or hens groups are not suitable for this property. We do not accept groups under the age of 25 years without prior approval. Bookings will be cancelled upon breach of these policies. Schoolies will not be accepted, please do not ask. Thank you for your understanding.
