There are two bedrooms (1 x queen, LCD TV, DVD, ceiling fan, & 1 x Tri-Bunk & Single), there are Nobo wall heaters in both bedrooms. Main bathroom (separate bath & shower), separate toilet, separate laundry (washing machine and dryer & essentials), rear spacious sunroom, the property also offers you all the amenities you will need on holiday.

The property also offers a selection of games, books & DVDs for you and your family to enjoy.

There is a beautiful, large, grassed garden area (fully fenced) surrounded by shrubs for your privacy at the rear of the property where you and your family can enjoy the outdoors on your large deck area along with your table setting for 6 guests and BBQ situated on the rear deck, there is also an outdoor shower for washing off after those Apollo Bay beach days.
There is provision for 2 cars off street parking.
