The master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Sliding doors open from the living area onto the covered front deck.
From the hallway , large glass doors open to a sheltered fully decked courtyard which has a Weber Q gas Bbq and an outdoor table setting. The modern open plan kitchen/dining and living area includes reverse cycle heating and air conditioning, wood fire, ceiling fan, 42 flat screen TV, DVD, Bluetooth Audio, games and a host of other features to make for an enjoyable short break or longer holiday in beautiful Aireys Inlet.
Pet friendly. There is a fenced off area around the courtyard.
The fully equipped light filled kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave oven, gas cook top and electric oven. The living area comfortably seats 6 with two large sofa’s. Large glass doors which open onto the sheltered private courtyard. The outdoor setting seats 6 and has a Weber Q gas Bbq. A spiral staircase leads to the roof top deck which takes in views of the ocean, bushland and of course the iconic Split Point Lighthouse.
Master bedroom has a queen bed and new ensuite with shower, vanity and WC. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The central bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and separate WC.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless Pets Welcome is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the House Rules. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
