Two story and comprising 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious open plan living, separate dining and stunning deck, there is plenty of room to spread out.

It is easy to make Casa Oceano feel like home.Timber floors, elevated roof line and floor to ceiling windows give the entire living, dining and kitchen area a lovely feel and an abundance of natural light. Bedrooms to the rear and below are well appointed and comfortable. Other features include plenty of off street parking, wood fire, air conditioning, brand new outdoor furniture, lounges and Webber BBQ. The home is located to the Howard street end of Belvedere Terrace allowing a short stroll down to the pristine beaches of north Lorne, a 10 min walk into town. For those looking for the best views in town or perhaps a round of golf, the Lorne Country Club is only a few hundred meters away.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
