Ground level features 2 queen bedrooms, 1 room with 2 singles, main bathroom, fully equipped laundry. Working upwards, the mid level basks in natural light through north facing floor to ceiling windows. This level includes fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and dining area, gas log fire and multiple access points to the external deck areas. Continuing upstairs is the master bedroom, fully ensuited and including ocean views.

Other features include hot and cold outdoor shower and ample off street parking.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
