Otway Views takes relaxation and recreation to heart. It has 2 living rooms with lots of gadgets and recreational activities to keep you entertained. Downstairs, it has an impressive games room with a foosball or table football, a big shelf of books, a lounge area, standard TV for gaming consoles only, a Playstation with games, Wii with games and a DVD player with DVDs. The room also has portable heaters for your comfort. There's also a ping-pong table in the garage if you want to give it a try.

Go upstairs and be welcomed with the captivating beach views through massive floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors. There's a spacious and comfy living room with modern furniture, a wood burner, and a large flat-screen smart TV. It faces the glass door that leads to an expansive balcony with outdoor furniture. It's a great spot to enjoy quiet mornings while enjoying the soothing sea breeze or watching afternoon sunsets with the family. Even more impressive, you can enjoy the wildlife since local birds frequent the balcony.

While you can feel the sea breeze around the house, the upstairs living area still has split system air-conditioning to ensure your comfort.

Since the upper level has an open-space layout, the area looks even more spacious and airy, and the kitchen and dining area as easily accessible. One of the best features of cooking and dining in this beautiful home is that it faces massive glass windows. Imagine preparing meals and enjoying a meal with the great picturesque view of the ocean just right in front of you.

This beautiful house can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms are cosy and airy with modern fixtures and furniture. The bathroom is well-maintained and tidy.

Bedroom 1: King bed, built-in robe, and courtyard access.
Bedroom 2: King bed also has a built-in robe and courtyard access.
Bedroom 3: 2 Bunk beds with built-in robes.

The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and separate toilet. There is also a second toilet just outside the back door.

While in Skenes Creek, don't miss out on Skenes Creek Beach, a perfect place to surf and boogy board with the kids. It's just around 1.2km away. The famous Apollo Bay patrolled beach is about 7.2km away but well worth the trip. You can also visit the popular Chris's Beacon Point Restaurant, which overlooks the most stunning views of Bass Strait. It boasts of using the freshest and purest produce to create its world-famous cuisine. It's around 4kms away.
